A perfect sandwich would have to be a New England Italian sandwich. long roll w/ham & cheese, extra extra pickles, black olives, lots of tomatoes & salt, pepper, oil.  Yum! with the requisite Humpty Dumpty BBQ chips. :) 

 Hmmm - definitely shrimp & broccoli, cereal, and eggs & toast. I'm pretty fussy and these are my default meals :)
